Please select the operating system and app that you use. If you're not sure, it's likely the Mail App for your platform.
iPhone Mail App
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
 - Scroll down and tap Passwords & Accounts (or Mail for newer iOS versions, then Accounts).
 - Find and select the Exchange account you wish to remove.
 - Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm the deletion.
 - To add a Microsoft365 account, go back to the Passwords & Accounts page and tap Add Account.
 - Select Microsoft Exchange and enter your email address and a description for the account.
 - Choose Sign In and enter your Microsoft365 credentials when prompted.
 - Follow the on-screen instructions to finish adding your account.
 
iPhone Outlook App
- Open the Outlook app.
 - Tap your profile icon, then tap the gear icon for Settings.
 - Under Accounts, select the Exchange account you wish to remove.
 - Tap Delete Account and confirm.
 - To add a Microsoft365 account, tap Add Account from the settings menu.
 - Enter your Microsoft365 email address and tap Add Account.
 - Enter your password and follow the prompts to complete setup.
 
Android Mail App
- Open the Email app.
 - Go to Settings and select the Exchange account you want to remove.
 - Tap Remove Account and confirm the removal.
 - To add a Microsoft365 account, return to the main Settings menu and select Add Account.
 - Choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync or Corporate.
 - Enter your Microsoft365 email and password, and follow the setup instructions.
 
Android Outlook App
- Open the Outlook app.
 - Tap the menu icon (three lines), then the gear icon to access Settings.
 - Under Accounts, select the Exchange account and tap Delete Account.
 - To add a new account, tap Add Email Account at the main settings screen.
 - Enter your Microsoft365 email address and tap Continue.
 - Enter your password and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the addition.
